Does TripLogger track my trips automatically?
Yes. With Auto Trip Detection on, TripLogger notices when you start driving and records the whole trip in the background, so there is no button to remember. It can also start a trip the moment your iPhone connects to CarPlay or your car’s Bluetooth. Prefer control? Start a trip yourself for live tracking, or add a past trip by hand.
Is the logbook ready for the ATO?
Every trip stores the date, start and end location, kilometres travelled and business purpose, which is what the ATO logbook method needs. Use the cents-per-km method with your own rate, or build a 12-week logbook, then export PDF or CSV reports for your accountant or tax return.
Can I separate business and personal trips?
Yes. Swipe a trip to classify it as business or personal. Set your working hours and TripLogger classifies weekday drives for you, so a month of driving takes a minute to sort out.
Does it work with Apple Watch, widgets and Siri?
Yes. Start and stop trips from Apple Watch, keep today’s kilometres on a Home Screen widget, follow an active trip on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and say “Hey Siri, start a trip” to drive off hands-free.
Is TripLogger free?
TripLogger is free to download and use, with no limit on the trips you log. An optional Pro subscription unlocks the extras: trip automation, advanced report exports, multiple vehicles, more reminders and extended AI assistant use. Pricing is shown in the app and varies by country.
How do I export a logbook report?
Open the Trips tab, tap Export, pick a date range and a format (PDF or CSV), and share the report with yourself, your employer or your accountant straight from your iPhone.
